Cybertronics Media LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any actions taken or not taken based on information provided by the application. Users are solely responsible for verifying all information, testing water parameters, monitoring livestock health, maintaining equipment, and making all aquarium care decisions.

Under no circumstances shall Cybertronics Media LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of fish, corals, invertebrates, aquatic life, livestock, plants, equipment, property damage, business interruption, data loss, lost profits, or any other losses arising from or related to the use of Aquarium Master Pro.

By accessing or using Aquarium Master Pro, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with aquarium ownership and management and release Cybertronics Media LLC from any and all claims arising from your use of the application.
