Aquarium Information

You may voluntarily provide information including: aquarium names, aquarium type (freshwater, saltwater, reef, etc.), water test results, livestock information, equipment information, maintenance logs, dosing logs, photos and uploaded content, and notes and records entered by you.

Payment Information

Paid subscriptions are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store complete credit card numbers or sensitive payment information on our servers. Payment information is collected and processed by our payment processor in accordance with their privacy and security policies.

Technical Information

We may automatically collect: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, access dates and times, usage statistics, error reports and diagnostics, and pages and features accessed within the App.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

3. Free Trial Accounts

Aquarium Master Pro may offer a free trial period that does not require payment information. Information collected during the trial period is subject to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

By uploading content, you grant Cybertronics Media LLC a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your aquarium data.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to: provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. We may delete inactive or terminated account data after a reasonable retention period.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Upon deletion, we may remove personal information and aquarium records from active systems, subject to backup retention, legal requirements, fraud prevention, and legitimate business needs.

9. Children's Privacy

Aquarium Master Pro is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, products, or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites or services. Users should review the privacy policies of any third-party services they use.

11. International Users

If you access Aquarium Master Pro from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States.
